MailChimp: All registered visitors who create an account will be added to our email campaign where we send various types of emails including, informative, donation request, and surveys. You can unsubscribe at anytime by clicking the “unsubscribe” button in the footer of EVERY email you receive from us. By creating an account you agree to MailChimp’s privacy policy.

SimpleTexting: All registered visitors who create an account will be added to our text messaging campaign where we send various types of messages including, informative, donation request, and surveys. You can unsubscribe at anytime by replying to ANY text message you receive from us with the word, “STOP”. By creating an account you agree to SimpleTexting’s privacy policy.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we store your personal information you provided in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except you cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
